Invite the spirit of the outdoors to your front door with this beautifully hand-carved Rustic Trout Wooden Door Knocker, designed and crafted by Vermont artist Terry Borsman. The trout, carved from pine and hand-painted with detailed scales and colors, is mounted on a natural birch bark base that features a vibrant painted landscape scene. A sturdy leather cord connects the fish to a birch twig pull knob, combining rustic charm with practical function. The piece is finished with weather-resistant polyurethane, making it durable enough to endure the elements while adding an artistic woodland touch to your home.
Measuring approximately 7.5 by 2.5 by 5 inches (plus the pull cord), this door knocker highlights traditional craftsmanship and celebrates nature’s beauty, perfect for cabins, cottages, or any home that loves the great outdoors.
